Since March 2019, the continual removal of invasive wooden species has given room for the native Blackland Prairie regrowth of:

Cemetery trees ID’d in March 2019

Red Bud, Chittamwood, Ash,Cedar Elms, are found in the center island of the cemetery. Theodore cedar, Pyracantha, and a thicket of native Dogwood can be found along St. Francis. Bois D’arc, Possumhaw Holly, American Beautyberry are found through out.
